• Negative: Poor communication from this hotel. We had emailed several times to confirm booking, eventually rang and told our booking was fine. On the night we arrived we were moved to another hotel as a bigger group had arrived and they gave our rooms to them. No manager available to speak to us to explain how this happened.

• Negative: Que cargaran el importe en mi Visa sin avisarme,en vez de esperar a que pasara yo por Recepción, porque deje esa tarjeta al reservar, hacia bastantes días,como garantía de la reserva pero PODRÍA haber preferido pagar con otra tarjeta.En todo caso el Banco me avisa en el momento de usarse la tarjeta y esta vez lo hizo a las 8'00 de la mañana, despertándome.Fue un detalle poco profesional del Hotel.El desayuno buffet muy justito.
