• Location: 10 Loved being near plaza mayor and all that surrounds it. For this reason I'd stay again.
• Common facilities and services: 5 No extra luxuries. It's okay if your not expecting them.
• Staff: 5 Friendly but not eagerly helpful
• Quietness: 5 Near Plaza, so noise is to be expected
• Room: 5 Only enough room for 3 twin beds and small walkway to get to each one. Beds were comfy.

• Value for money: 2.5 Overpriced for the condition of hotel. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, only one pillow, minimal toiletries, only hand soap. Lighting was so dark, could not see the interior of my suitcase.
