• Negative: Less than I expected for money spent. Front desk staff were indifferent. Rooms were very basic. Dated decor.

• Location: 10 Right next to Plaza Mayor
• Common facilities and services: 5 breakfast was extra, but was pretty good
• Staff: 5 Front desk staff were indifferent. Not particularly friendly. Other staff were fine.
• Quietness: 10 We had a very quiet room on the back of the hotel.
• Room: 2.5 Small - simple furnishings - for the money I expected more. HATE bedspreads - prefer duvets that have a cover that can be washed.
• Value for money: 5 Expected more for my money as in room, - hallways decor was cheap. Tired lobby area.

• Room: Not rated Our first room was so small that we could hardly move around. The was only ONE chair. We did ask for another room and they gave us one on the top floor floor much better but again we needed another chair only one was there. I also had to pay for a printed paper for my boarding passes.
• Value for money: 2.5 Just okay the area was noisy being so close to the Plaza mayor but I would expect that.
