• Negative: the noise. We needed earplugs to sleep. We heard a lot of noise when people walked in the corridor. We also heard people talking in other rooms.

• Common facilities and services: 5 I had to pay 50 cents per page for printing my boarding pass. That's extremely expensive for printing black/white. At other places they printed boarding passes for free.

• Quietness: Not rated The walls of the room were very thin. We heard everyone walking or talking in the corridor. We heard also people talking in their rooms (when we were in our room). When people in other rooms used toilet or shower, we heard them.

• Value for money: 5 Cheap hotel. For this prize perfect place to stay for a few days Madrid. Don't forget your earplugs ;-)

• Positive: The location is very good, walk distance to many attractions and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room was great! Beautiful, well decorated, with a very nice balcony.
• Negative: The staff was not so kind. the guy at night shift was very nice! the lady in the morning also was OK, but other guys looked at me and my wife like strangers, not guests. I'm not saying they need to be smiling all the time, but they should not give the impression we are not welcome. We paid to stay there and the minimum I expect is a little bit of kindness.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Families, Couples
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Handicapped, Budget travelers, Travelers with a car
• Cleanliness: 7.5 Could get 5 stars if they replaced the soap in the bathroom.
• Location: 10 Close to restaurants, bars, Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol, as well as walking distance to Palacio Cybeles, Museu del Prado and other nice locations.

• Staff: 5 Average just because the guy on night shift. The two other guys from the day shift should get some training on how to deal with guests.
• Quietness: 10 Perfect, even close to bars it was very quiet at night.
• Room: 10 Very well decorated and with a nice balcony!
