• Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location just a few metres from the Plaza Mayor. The room was simple and clean and the staff very helpful.
• Negative: We were on the top (5th) floor. The plumbing was very noisy and the sound insulation between rooms poor, especially when the guests in the adjacent room decided to run water for over 1/2 hour at 4 in the morning.

• Positive: La ubicación del hotel, la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, la habitación que daba a un patio tranquilo
• Negative: LA CAMA: era un desastre. No sé si es por vieja o por ser de muelles, pero uno no puede descansar con tal cama! Y eso que en un hotel, la calidad de la cama donde normalmente uno tiene que descansar es importante. Es una verdadera pena porque por lo demás, todo estaba perfecto, pero desde luego, una cama donde no se puede descansar, ni siquiera aliviar el cuerpo me impediría volver...
