The hotel Plaza Mayor is located in an historical building with more than 200 years of antiquity in the popular Plaza of Santa Cruz and in front of the Plaza Mayor of Madrid. Our Hotel opened its doors in 1997, in 2007 the hotel was reformed and extended its rooms until the present 33 rooms and our Palomar Suite. We offer all the advantages of careful and personal. Our personnel will serve as aid offering you all the information that you need during your visit, person to person. We are an excellent election for the independent traveller who’s looking to discover the traditional flavour of Madrid in a different and calm way.

"Nosotros estamos encantados de responder a mejorar con criticas positivas pero jamas a mentiras con una gran falta de educacion con la unica intencion de hacer daño ( tenemos habitaciones alguna inaguradas hace menos de un mes) Si no entiende y le molesta que un hotel como una compañaria area suba sus precios en base la a oferta la demanda tal y como le explicamos antes de reservar no es ningun motivo para faltar a la verdad y manchar el buen nombre de los trabajadores de este hotel que se dedican de pleno a tener el hotel en su mejor estado, teneiendo habitaciones mas grandes y a un mayor precio cosa que usted no se reservo. Por lo tanto ni estan viejas ni malolientes, si fuera asi no pone un un usted 9.00 de puntuacion a la limpieza. Piense antes de criticar que hay puestos de trabajo que dependen pataletas infantiles por no comprender algo tan basico. "
