• Room: 10 My room was small, but it was an excellent value and very clean. The lighting could have been better, but otherwise it was fine.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 la limpieza de la habitación, baño etc. es bueno
• Location: 10 su ubicación es inmejorable, junto a la Plaza Mayor, en la Plaza Santa Cruz.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 es un hotel de muchos años, pero esta bien cuidado y limpio, que es de lo que se trata.
• Staff: 7.5 el personal del hotel atento para lo que necesites
• Quietness: 5 a mi me tocó una habitación que da a la calle de Atocha y el ruido de la calle lo oía, autobús, el camión de la recogida de basuras, pero es lo normal en una cuidad.
• Room: 7.5 tenia una habitación individual, pero que estaba equipado con lo necesario, mesa con silla, mesilla con teléfono, luz de lectura para la cama, un armario ropero, y un baño completo, no hace falta nada mas.
• Value for money: 7.5 para mi correcto, tuve habitación con desayuno incluido y estaba muy bien.

• Negative: My room was on the second floor and the windows opened up to a bank of air conditioning fans that made a good deal of noise. So we could only keep the window open for very short periods of time. We could not turn on the AC so the rooms quite warm.

• Value for money: 5 The Thursday night was $77 and then went up to $110.00 for Friday night. It did not make sense. I would not stay there for the price charged for the room particularly the weekend rate (Much higher).
