• Positive: Die Lage des Hotels.... bessergeht fast nicht. Man ist einfach mittendrin im Leben der Stadt.
• Negative: Wir hatetn ein Zimmer zu Strasse raus ( Nr. 105 ). ein Zimmer auf dem Flughafen Frankfurt direkt an der Startbahn wäre bestimmt nicht unruhiger.

• Location: 10 Couldn't be better. Close to great landmarks, metro station, wonderful stores.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Comfortable seats in public areas, cafeteria/bar as part of the facilities offering good, moderately-priced food
• Staff: 10 Always a pleasure to deal with the staff. This is my 5th or 6th stay at the Hotel Plaza Mayor and everyone has been great. Amazing how many languages they can speak.
• Quietness: 7.5 In interior rooms are a bit quieter than the exterior, but even the exterior rooms are quieter than I have experienced in other hotels.
• Room: 7.5 By this time we've been in 5 or 6 different rooms, from king-size bed to two singles, and every room has its own interesting characteristics. One of the things we like the most is that not all the rooms are identical, which makes everything more interesting. I would recommend room 104 and 117.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely the best.
