The hotel Plaza Mayor is located in an historical building with more than 200 years of antiquity in the popular Plaza of Santa Cruz and in front of the Plaza Mayor of Madrid. Our Hotel opened its doors in 1997, in 2007 the hotel was reformed and extended its rooms until the present 33 rooms and our Palomar Suite. We offer all the advantages of careful and personal. Our personnel will serve as aid offering you all the information that you need during your visit, person to person. We are an excellent election for the independent traveller who’s looking to discover the traditional flavour of Madrid in a different and calm way.

"We public in our web many photos of our Suite whem all the people can see that its a Penhouse with low ceiling and special conditions like all attic rooms. During your stay we offert the possibility to change to another room and you refused Air condition works perfectly in the room and whem you leave the room we check that temperature in the room was 22 Cº Our breakfast buffet at only 7,50 euros per person its one of the best value for many guest for our hotel We really sorry that you dont engoy the room but its difficult to find a best relation price and quality for a room like this in all Madrid Note that we offert a design room with more that 30 meters with a terrace and amazing views for around 120 euros per night.Perhaps your look for another kind of hotel but that its the first negative comment about our Penthouse Suite Thanks "
