• Positive: THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. PROVIDED ME ALL LOCAL INFO. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT; BREAKFAST MENU REALLY GOOD AND FILLING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR TOURISTS AND BTW ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF.

• Location: 10 It is really right in the heart of Madrid. You can easily walk to all of the major "attractions" of the city.

• Quietness: 10 For being right in the heart, we could not tell when in our room. Slept soundly. No stomping feet above us either.
• Room: 7.5 Very simple. Spacious with excellent accommodation for bags, clothing, etc.
• Value for money: 10 I'd stay here again if/when I return to Madrid.
