• Location: 10 Esencial si uno va a asistir a alguna función del Teatro Real, pues otorga la posibilidad de descansar antes de la función. Se evitan carreras y tensiones, pues en una ocasión estuve a punto de perder unas entradas por tener un hotel lejos, y esta tranquilidad por tenerlo junto al Teatro te hace mucho más cómoda la asistencia. Merece la pena. Muy cerca: Palacio Real, M. Encarnación, Descalzas Reales, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, ... en fin, todo sin necesidad siquiera de Metro.

• Positive: Your staff were both professional and helpful. They were always curtious and very friendly when we attempted to communicate in fractured Spanish. We were always greeted upon entering the lobby for any reason which added to the atmosphere of both welcome and interest in our comfort. We loved your hotel!

• Cleanliness: 10 The rooms were imaculate and the bathrooms were kept clean and fresh.
• Location: 10 Your location is very convienient for metro access and centrally located for our tourist interests.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The breakfast was the best we encountered in Spain. Our children were so happy that our last night in you butiful country would be spent with you at your hotel. We traveled to mutiple cities and they were delighted to return to you before we left for home.
• Staff: 10 Courteous, helpful, welcoming and intelligent.
• Quietness: 10 When we opened the windows we realized that there was quite a lot of activity outside but we were unaware when the windows were closed.
• Room: 10 Was spacious and clean. The airconditioning worked quite nicely.
• Value for money: 10 We would stay there again upon any visit to Madrid
