• Positive: A very clean and modern hotel. Extremely courteous and helpful staff, our particular thanks go to Daniel Carus von der Ehe, who was very helpful with a particular request we had. Excellent breakfast, good internet access and cheerful staff.
• Negative: Slight level of noise from outside but what does one expect in the middle of Madrid, a good bottle of wine, sorts this out though...
