• Cleanliness: 10 the room service provided fresh, clean towels and made up my bed and changed the bed linen when I requested.
• Location: 10 The hotel is near the important sites of Madrid: Puerta del Sol; Plaza Mayor; Gran Via; Carrera de San Geronimo; Prado Museum; Recotetos and Cibeles.
• Common facilities and services: 10 I appreciate the care for the environment in terms of the use of electricity and the conservation of water. I was able to use my own laptop in my own bedroom.
• Staff: 10 I want to give special thanks to the warm welcome I received from Daniel Carus von der Ehe on the first day and the courteousness and helpfulness throught my 10-day stay at the Opera Hotel.
• Quietness: Not rated My room (#508) was very quiet. The guests on this floor and throughout the hotel were also quiet. At night there was no noise from the street.
• Room: 10 I was able to use my own laptop. I got a user name and password from the reception desk.
• Value for money: 10 The services of the hotel were excellent. I certainly got my money's worth in value.
