• Positive: Location and the (generally) helpful and friendly staff.
• Negative: The bathroom. The toilet had clearance on one side of the toilet seat equal to half a roll of toilet tissue (the extra roll was secured just below) and only 1/4" clearance with the side of the sink on the other side. If you're 6'2" like me, it was a nightmare to use.

• Staff: 7.5 The two young ladies working the desk during the day were terrific! But one of the evening guys was aloof and seemed to go out of his way to be snooty and unhelpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 The late night crowds (until 4 AM!) were loud and seemed to congregate right beneath our window.
