On the other hand, we are extremely sorry that your Breakfast in our Cafeteria from Hotel Ópera was not as you would aspect it to be. It really surprises us that you had that impression about our Buffet Breakfast. The pastries that we serve are daily elaborated in our kitchens, and until now we have not received not a single negative review about the aspect that you have mentioned us. If you would have indicated us this while you were accommodated in our hotel, that the breakfast was not what you have expected, we would have attended with pleasure, giving you a quick solution. Our rooms are perfectly soundproof, acoustic crystals and double sealing of windows and balconies. On the other hand, I want to remind you that you have been accommodated in the heart of Madrid, in the most visited and touristic area of the city. La bollería que servimos, se elabora a diario en nuestras cocinas, la fruta es del día y nuestros embutidos tambien y, hasta ahora no hemos recibido ninguna crítica sobre nuestro desayuno. Al contrario, es un desayuno muy valorado por todos nuestros clientes como puede observar en el resto de comentarios.
