  • Positive: Localización céntrica y hotel tranquilo. Aire acondicionado O.K. Lavabo grande. Desayuno buffet excelente incluido en el precio. Promoción muy buena (desayuno incluido) con lo que el precio era muy competitivo para un 4 estrellas. Personal atento y eficiente, tanto la llegada como una reclamación posterior ( solicité un cambio de almohada y me lo arreglaron).
  • Negative: Habitación poco alegre, bastante seria. La limpieza no me pareció muy correcta (parecía que no se limpiaba el suelo).

  • Cleanliness: 5 El suelo parecía que no se limpia, restos de cosas de la calle y pelos
  • Location: 10 céntrico
  • Common facilities and services: 10 Desayuno buffet muy bueno. Punto de conexión a Internet correcto.
  • Staff: 10 Buena recepción. Solicité un cambio de almohada y me lo cambiaron por una que era correcta. Pude dejar mi equipaje en consigna.
  • Quietness: 10 Ruidos normales, soportables. En general buena insonorización.
  • Room: 7.5 Pequeña pero suficiente para una persona. Bastante seria, con ningún tipo de decoración-encanto. Limpieza mejorable. Buena insonorización.
  • Value for money: 10 Muy buena. Promoción de 4 noches por el precio de 3 muy competitiva, con desayuno buffet incluido.

  • Negative: Que desde el gimnasio se viera parte de nuestra habitación -habitación 802- (media terraza y parte del jacuzzi). Deberían poner algún tipo de paramento que impidiera que fuese visible desde el gimnasio ya que se pierde intimidad.
