• Negative: At breakfast tea drinkers had to make do with a flask of hot water, refreshed when staff were asked, that soon became lukewarm and so not suitable for making good tea. Need a hot water urn to provide boiling water all the time.

• Location: 7.5 Very close to Opera metro and many shops & sights
• Common facilities and services: 5 Free internet (although a bit tempremental at times) was very useful
• Staff: 7.5 Very helpful
• Quietness: 2.5 Noise from street vans and municiple lorries at night sometimes disturbed us
• Room: 5 Would have welcomed tea making facilities, but the safe and fridge provided were good
• Value for money: 5 Not cheap, especially at weekends, but a good place to stay for a short holiday

• Quietness: Not rated 1)despite staying in the room facing to the side street there was a noise from outside in the night - doubleglassed windows are an expected solution for the hotel of 4 and higher stars situated in the centre of busy cities 2)the air blowing through the pipes of the hotel 'sophisticated' air conditioning made much noise even when was swiched off in the room !!
• Room: 5 the room was quite suitable for a short stay except of the notes above; maybe pillows should be better/of a better size
