• Negative: La falta de limpieza en la terraza (mesita y sillones sucios). La televisión no sintonizaba bien y con muy pocos canales. Ausencia decorativa (alguna flor en la habitación o en la terraza). El desayuno lo peor (escaso y poco variado, además de una reposición lentisima). El ruido del servicio de limpieza desde las 9 de la mañana, te despiertan y muy molesto en el pasillo de manera constante.

• Negative: -Si ustedes ofrecen Wi-Fi en las habitaciones, tiene que ser así. La conexión era desastrosa y muy lenta cuando se lograba; extremadamente lenta. Imposible trabajar. -En la confirmación de reserva ponía "Copa de Bienvenida en El Café de La Ópera Lounge Internet Gratuito". No sé qué es eso, porque no se produjo... No ofrezcan algo que luego no cumplen; crea malestar. Luego -somos humanos- eso tiene peso y nos cuesta valorar positivamente el resto de las cosas que, afortunadamente, sí son buenas.

• Positive: The terrace and the view. I also thought the staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Negative: The step down from the tub into the bathroom blended in with the floor and was hard to see. We stumbled many times coming down that step. Also the tile was very slippery if one had wet feet. My husband actually slipped and fell on the tile.

• Positive: Der Whirlpool und die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick über die Oper bis zum Palacio Real :-)))). Wir hatten allerdings auch kein Standardzimmer.
• Negative: Das Frühstück war einem so guten Hotel nicht angemessen, es wurde nicht nachgefüllt und selbst Kaffee war nur zum teil verfügbar.
