• Negative: Not very helpful in navigating things to do in Madrid. They gave me a brochure for a specific company when I first arrived. When I settling my bill I head one of the clerks talking to a couple about tours the desk had booked for them whereby the company would pick them up from the hotel. I did not hear about this option or these tours. I had to find the company myself, make my own arrangements, and walk to that company to be picked up by bus.
