• Location: 7.5 The metro stop is sufficiently close. The hotel is in front of a big El Corte Ingles (the main Spanish department store) and 100m from a whol ebunch of restaurants, but they are a bit hidden in a side street.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Facial tissues, shoe sponge, combined body wash and shampoo in the shower. Very good water pressure. Good breakfast. It seems difficult to control the heater (centrally controlled?)(in february).

• Quietness: 7.5 I had a quiet room in the back. But colleagues having a room in front complained about a lot of street noise and bad acoustic isolation.
• Room: 5 The room has some stylish decors (the hallways and especially the breakfast/restaurant room are very nicely decorated) but nevertheless shows signs of age. The bathroom, though very narrow, is clean, modern and comfortable.
• Value for money: 7.5
