• Positive: 駅にも近く、夜遅くまでオープンしているデパート（地下にはメルカード）も同じ通りから 入ることが出来て、便利でした。スタッフが明るくて親切です。頑固オヤジ風なフロントのおじさんも話せば良い人です。
• Negative: エレベーターが一基しかないことです。３階（日本式では４階）だったので急いでいる時は、階段を利用しました。

• Cleanliness: 10 毎日綺麗に掃除してくれました。
• Location: 10 プラザ・デル・ソルからデパートを通り抜けて安全に早くホテルへアクセスできます。
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 親切です。スタッフは英語OKです。シャトルバスの若いドライバーは英語がまだ下手でしたが、これから上手くなると思います。インターネットも問題なく快適に部屋からアクセスできました。
• Staff: 7.5 面倒なことも、対応してくれます。シャトルバスの端数が小銭がなくて足りなかったのですが、これだけでいいと言ってくれました
• Quietness: 10 静かでした。
• Room: 7.5 客室はクラシカル、バスルームはモダンな作りで新しく綺麗でした。
• Value for money: 7.5 また宿泊したいです。

• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast had a mediocre choice in general while the bread rolls were dry. We gave up after the second day.
• Staff: 2.5 Generally offhand. Check in was very slow, we waited 25 minutes; we did not get a please, thank you or a smile and were not made to feel welcome. Front desk had no knowledge of any local dentists.
• Quietness: 2.5 Poorly shutting windows let in a lot of industrial and traffic noise especially at night.
• Room: 2.5 Opaque window glass made us feel imprisioned. Room size was small, only one comfortable chair, bathroom very small. Alright for one overnight, unsatisfactory for seven nights.

• Positive: That it is in the same center of the city just two steps away from the shopping street and street with restaurants, bars and cosy cafés. What is also nice to know is that it takes approximately 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel and that the hotel is close by two metro stations.
• Negative: I missed a bed quilt since I tend to freeze. Also once the water flow in the morning varied between getting cold and warm and we had some difficulties to adjust it. The personnel was quite bad at explaining where to find their Airport shuttle bus at the airport.

• Cleanliness: 10 The cleaning personnel did their job well.
• Location: 10 Walking distance!

• Quietness: 10 I was surprised that it was so quiet though the hotel is situated close to a shopping street.
• Room: 7.5 Small doubleroom but you just need somewhere to sleep. The view was over a building in front of the hotel but the terrass was great!
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes. This hotel is not expensive if you consider that it is situated in walking distance to the sights. We didn´t use the metro once.
