• Positive: My room was clean and modern, and there was a strong wifi signal even on the 5th floor.
• Negative: I appreciated the chance to take the airport shuttle when I left (for a 12:40 international flight), but the service was poor. When I arranged for the shuttle pickup the day before, the gentleman at the desk informed me that if I left at 10:00 for my 12:40 flight, there would be plenty of time to get to the airport. The shuttle was very late and proceeded to pick up other passengers around Madrid after me (something that I was assured would not happen). The desk staff should advise all guests to leave 4 hours in advance of their flight, and not be so confident that guests will be taken directly to the airport.
