• Positive: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage, der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen
• Negative: Das Zustellbett war für einen normal großen Menschen (1,70m) etwas kurz und leider wurde die Minibar nicht täglich aufgefüllt. Außerdem waren die Zimmer etwas hellhörig, man hörte den Aufzug und die Gespräche der anderen Gäste

• Cleanliness: 5 They could dust the shelves more often. We had to clean them before we could put anything on them.
• Location: 10 Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of most major attractions of Madrid.

• Staff: 10 The staff was always very friendly and helpful plus they all spoke very good English which helped.
• Quietness: 10 When you close the windows you hardly hear any outside noise and the room is quite quiet.
• Room: 5 Rooms are air conditioned, so that is a big plus. Bathroom and amenities were excellent, but maid service was spotty. If you didn't leave a detailed list of what you needed you might end up short of things as they seemed to forget to replenish items. The furniture seemed to be well used and abused and should be replaced.

• Positive: Me he alojado 28 noches en las 2 últimos meses y lo más destacable a mi parecer es la buena atención al cliente en especial de Maite de recepción, trato amable, cordial y natural. Que las habitaciones tengan detalles de cortesía como café, infusiones, máquina para calentar agua, caja fuerte gratis... Es lo que determinó volver a quedarme en este hotel comparándolo con otros en los que he estado de la misma categoría. A destacar también que haya plancha en todas las habitaciones y que en 2 ocasiones me regalaron una botella de cava por ser cliente fiel.
