• Positive: very friendly staff at reception and at breackfast, very clean sleepingroom and bathroom, beautiful view of Gran Via, great location, very good breackfast
• Negative: balcony door did not close tightly (room 608) so night was not quiet, Minibar was advertised on homepage but contained only 2 small bottles of water at arrival. Requested 2 single beds and got one kingsize bed.
