• Cleanliness: 5 Die Putzfrau hatte Haarausfall was sich überall zeigte, teiwelise waren Dinge drei Tage am Fussboden ohne das sie beseitigt wurden. Ich habe dann selbst geputzt.
• Location: 10 tolle Lage! Zentraler gehts ja nun wirklich nicht...
• Common facilities and services: 5 Ein die die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Vieles müsste dringend mal modernisiert werden, wackelige Lampen am Bett. sehr bequeme Betten, schmutzige Vorhänge
• Staff: 7.5 sehr freundlich jedoch hoffnungslos überfordert (weil der Andrang z. B. im Frühstücksraum viel zu groß war um von den drei Leuten bewältigt werden zu können) Hoffnungslos unterbesetzt und dadurch schlecht. Fehler des Geschäftsleitung nicht des Personals!
• Quietness: 7.5 Wer erwartet in dieser Lage absolute Ruhe?? illusorisch! Ruhig genug um zu schlafen und auszuspannen
• Room: 5 sehr kleine Zimmer, hell, Fussboden nicht optimal sauber, und schlecht verarbeitet, federte bei herüberlaufen sehr deutlich.
• Value for money: 5 völlig ok

• Staff: 10 A special thank you to Monica and Rosana (?) at front desk. They handled a change of rooms and moved us at our request. We so appreciated the way the situation and concern was handled.
• Quietness: 7.5 If one is staying in the heart of Madrid, quietness and relative! We were fortunate not to be on the Gran Via side, so felt the quietness was good.

• Value for money: 10 Once we were moved from the inside room by the elevator to an outside room with a Juliette balcony, we were thrilled with the accommodation and value.
