• Positive: The air condition in the room was great, complimentary beverages in the room and the fact THAT YOU HAD AN ICE MACHINE WAS GREAT!
• Negative: Since we were traveling with young kids, what we didn’t like was how close all of the women were standing near the hotel for prostitution at all times of the day.

• Location: 10 Lo mejor, con la boca d metro al lado en plena gran vía, eje comercial, con todo lo q se pueda necesitar y mucho para descubrir dd Madrid desde sus teatros, musicales hasta el templo Deboh, el Madrid d los Austrias el palacio de la Almudena.... Todo lo q quieras ver a tu alcance desde su azotea...
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Siempre se puede mejorar, el wifi estaba lento, y nuestra habitación, no tenía vistas ( es imposible q las tengan todas) pero son amplias los baños están bien equipados e ideados y el milibar gratuito se agradece mucho, así como la cafetera...
• Staff: 10 Tanto las aras. D limpieza q no dejaron d sonreír nos, como el personal d recepción que se molesto en lo humanamente posible en colocarnos junto a nuestros hijos en un fin de semana de conciertazo en Madrid, bueno para mi un 10.
• Quietness: 7.5 Toda la q puedes exigir al centro d una gran ciudad.
• Room: 5 La habitación era correcta, un poco oscura y deprimente por q era interior.
• Value for money: 10 Perfecto.

• Positive: La ubicación y la atención en la cafetería (durante el desayuno).
• Negative: Que las condiciones de estancia no sean claras en la web. Hice reserva y al llegar al hotel me explicaron que las condiciones de la hab doble incluían niño gratis COMPARTIENDO CAMA!!!. Además la cuna no estaba preparada llegando a las 21:30h y pedí toalla adicional para bebé y sólo la pusieron uno de los seis días de la estancia.
