• Positive: The hotel itself. The views and the overall level of service. The cleaning team was kind and did an amazing job. Mireia was amazingly nice and helpful too!
• Negative: We didn’t like how Stefanos (not sure how is it written) treated not only us but his colleagues. We could clearly listened to him giving orders in an unrespectful way and didn’t use his energy in a proper way. Something To work on definitely.

• Quietness: 7.5 Lots of noise at night in the restaurant. Sometimes until too late (nobody in the restaurant warned the clients that there were people trying to sleep)
