• Location: 10 30 minutes from Ibiza center and clubs but you do to this hotel to relay and enjoy the beautiful view of Es Vedra. And it's not far of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

• Negative: Some staff are really good but some are not focused on guests and are unqualified (service rooftop tapas bar and at pool). Further, our food for dinner at the main restaurant was bad. We had to return one main course (fish was raw and cold) and the other main course was very small and cold as well. Overall, this dinner was a disaster amd nobody cared. There is no changing room for people leaving after checkout. This is standard and should be there in such a hotel.
