• Positive: The relaxed atmosphere was worth a lot The pool was nice and the room beds were comfortable the view form our room and the outside area (pool/restaurant) was amazing the hotel interior, decoration and gardens were very nice
• Negative: the staff was friendly but the service at times not so good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was OK as long stay guests you would expect the housekeeping to replace anything from the mini bar or bathroom amenities, however this was only done on request! the roads towards the hotel are a mess

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers, Luxury, Budget travelers
• Cleanliness: 5 new towels in the rooms and pools had lots of stains
• Location: 2.5 the view is great but the location is not ideal anyone staying without a car will have a huge problem getting around! Taxi service is shit
• Common facilities and services: 5 pool was good gym was weak shop is OK
• Staff: 5 friendly but slow service and orders were forgotten
• Quietness: 7.5 the only noise are the doors
• Room: 7.5 the shower gel brand is very popular and the bottles look nice but it does not feel good on the skin the blowdryer was good! aircon was good!
• Value for money: 5 definitely expected more for the price! i would only recommend this hotel for its peaceful location

• Positive: the hotel grounds are well kept. Staff are friendly.
• Negative: the service was very slow. Had to chase staff for drinks. The hotel pool was not even busy and still having to chase staff on order that were made 25-30 mins in advance. Given that the hotel charges premium rates I would expect better service. In addtion to this, we was notified the night before our arrival that hotel restaurant chefs tested positive for Covid. The restaurant was shut down and only pizza on offer for lunch and dinner. Again, given that this is a premium boutique hotel I would expect something better than just closing the restaurant. Other chefs to be drafted in or at least a limited menu. More effort could have been made to compensate for this.
