• Location: Not rated isolated, hard to get taxis,They just wont come there. No hotel shuttle. Nothing in walkable distance in evening so have to eat at hotel.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated poor dining options.Pizza shut on a tuesday?? whats that about? More attention given to those not staying at hotel at bars and restaurants to view sunset and then hotel guests cant get a table or a drink!! Breakfast is shocking! poor quality,not healthy all sugar,no toaster,no ordinary bread,no sliced tomatoes/cucumber.no suasage,no smoked salmon,no cerals except cheap and sugar laded granolsa.same everyday!! cheap and nasty

• Positive: Incredible staff, very friendly and you are treated like close friends. Lovely quiet location, great views. Beautifully appointed bedrooms with super cold aircon. Loved the pool and access to sunloungers and towels. Drinks and tapas on the rooftop bar are great. Pizza's to die for.
• Negative: There is nothing that we disliked. The location may be too quiet for some (was perfect for us).

• Positive: The environment is really beautiful with all the flowers and plants. The rooms are very nicely decorated (stayed at the sea & garden view suite). The rooftop has amazing views!! The host/owner Anna is very sweet as well.

• Negative: the service was very slow for dinner in La Mesa and La Mirada rooftop where we had bookings. It seems like you are under staffed - all the staff we dealt with were great but there just wanst enough to provide the level of service required.
