• Location: 10 perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid and within ready access to shops, and museums and night life
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 as a business traveller would like to see some improvements for relaxation eg gym sauna
• Staff: 10 wonderful and courteous and understanding and helpful. we specifically asked for a breakfast arrangement for the group and this was seen too immediately...just great of staff to accomodate us like this
• Quietness: 5 a bit noisy mainly on the street side but there was a group in the hotel that partied in their room all night which was terribly disturbing for us that needed to b up early
• Room: 7.5 my room was fine.
• Value for money: 10 definitely
