• Location: 10 Excellent location. Cannot beat it. Walking distance to museums, theatres, shops, restaurants, Plaza Santa Ana, Sol, etc.
• Common facilities and services: 10 I love the fact that, even if I did not bring my laptop, I can access internet in the hotel-provided monitors.
• Staff: 10 Marisol, in the cafeteria, does a great job -- great interpersonal skills and very efficient. Staff at reception desk very friendly.
• Quietness: 7.5 Some times area is noisy but to me it adds to the hotel%27s "charm".
• Room: 10
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes. If only the dollar would catch up with the Euro . . .
