• Staff: Not rated Reception staff were fine. Cleaning staff were very ignorant and up unfriendly. On our final day the group all got knocks on there room doors from 9.30 am onwards telling them they had to leave

• Positive: Staff were courteous, and helped with information basics (such as tour buses) but weren%27t eager to help about "concierge" type questions and didn%27t know much about the airport bus.

• Quietness: Not rated Doors bang terribly, and walls are thin. Every room should have a sign that requests that guests close their door gently, using their hand while it closes rather than letting it slam shut on its own, and that they speak together and on cellphones with moderate or low voice. The hotel is very noisy inside.
