• Cleanliness: 7.5 rooms were clean and neat - fresh towels, sheets etc. every morning.
• Location: 7.5 Approx 10 minute walk to Placa Catalunya - located in University area with nice resaturants and bars very nearby
• Common facilities and services: 5 No air conditioning in bathroom; had to pay a daily to use the safe in the room; poor hairdryer; no kettle in room. The downstairs bar never appeared to be open and when we enquired, we were told we could get a drink if we asked at reception - the bar itself closed at 10pm
• Staff: 7.5 On arrival our balcony door would not lock staff were helpful and quick to sort out
• Quietness: 5 Our room was to the back of the hotel and therefore was quiet - the front rooms would most likely be quite noisy as located on busy main road.
• Room: 5 We shared a triple room which contained two single beds and a double sofa opened as the third bed - the room was very long and narrow and you had to lift cases over each bed to back to room
• Value for money: 5 it was basic and lacked facilities, but was in an excellent location - generally good value for money
