• Cleanliness: 7.5 Propre, mais pas un seul crocher dans la salle de bain pour les serviette de bain!!
• Location: 10 Centralle
• Common facilities and services: 5 Douche fonctionant défectueux, "danger" d%27innondation dans la salle de bain;
• Staff: 5 aimable, mais pas capable, par example, de procurer une couverture supplémentaire ou de vous préprer un café après 14:00!!!
• Quietness: Not rated mauvaise isolation des fenêtres
• Room: 7.5 spacieuse; aussi un beau balcon, mais unutilisable dans les aprés-midis ensoléillé, la marquise manque!!
• Value for money: 2.5 à mon avis trop cher!

• Staff: 2.5 Very poor English when it came to numbers.When we checked in, they told us wrong room number.Neither did they manage to put through foreign incoming calls to right room number. Had to send down my friend who speaks spanish fluently. he had to help them to understand, translate into spanish !!!
• Quietness: 10 requested rooms away from traffic noise and got it !!
• Room: 7.5 Single rooms are small
• Value for money: 5 Rooms could have been bigger. Wish I didn%27t have to send my friend to help the staff at the reception translate from English to Spanish in order to receive incoming phone calls
