• Positive: We loved the location and the atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, employees were helpful, and as three women travelling alone, we felt very safe. We loved the fact that we could walk anywhere. I would highly recommend Hotel Carlos V and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

• Negative: 特になし。ただ、冬の旅行だったので自分たちには問題なかったが、エアコンが旧式に見え、夏だったらうるさかったかも知れない。

• Location: 7.5 ソル、マヨール両広場、王宮、プラド等大体のところは歩いて行ける。人通りも多く、遅くなってもあまり心配せずに帰れる。タクシーで行く場合は正面が歩行者通りのため離れた所で止められるので注意が必要。
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 共用パソコンは快速でプリンターも使えて大変便利。レストランも朝食９ユーロとホテルのものとしては良心的。
• Staff: 7.5 そう丁寧とはいかないが、フレンドリーで問題なし。
• Quietness: 5 繁華街なので外からの音はしない訳ではない。隣室のトイレの音はする。
• Room: 7.5 ベッドの両側にスーツケースを広げられる広さがある。浴室はバスタブ付き。見晴らしは期待できない。
