• Location: 10 Very close to the Metro, and a fairly short walk to the Plaza Catalunya.

• Staff: 10 The night receptionist, Carlos, went well beyond the call of duty in helping me get a room for the night at the last minute, and was gracious and friendly throughout.
• Quietness: 5 There was very little outside noise, but the walls inside were a bit thin.
• Room: 10 Rather nicer than I might have expected from a two-star hotel.

• Positive: the plesant suprise you get when you enter the hotel and your room. It was nicer than i expected it to be.
• Negative: the location in a dirty, non tourist road, but however was still extremly close to everything

• Cleanliness: 10 The hotel was immaculate. I was very impressed by the modern look of the room.
• Location: 5 The location is fantastic in regards to its closeness to Les Ramblas, but actual street that it is in is very dingy and dirty and more of a "locals" area. But still fab when its only 2 minutes away from where i wanted to be.

• Room: 10 The room had all you needed in it for a short break, was of a reasonable size, not overly roomy though but adequate. Bathroom was nice with a good power shower.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Our room was not cleaned for one of the nights we stayed. We raised this, and were given a discount. The "explanation" was that the door lock was faulty - which I find difficult to beleive is a good explanation.

• Room: 5 The bathroom shower did not drain properly. The room was a "wet room" designed for wheelchairs, and filled up with water which stayed there for a long time!
