• Cleanliness: 10 We had a few problems that were not resolved: the drains in bathroom (sink and tub) were not working and after four requests they still remained in a poor condition. The computer in the lobby was out of order more often than not.

• Staff: 5 The staff wasn´t very helpful, and some of them didn´t speak very good english
• Quietness: 5 There were a lot of noises coming from the streets at nights.
• Room: 10 Our room was what we expected it to be. Spacious, clean, modern.
