• Location: 10 Very short walk to all the interesting areas, El Raval itself is very lively and interesting by night.
• Common facilities and services: 10 There is only a breakfastroom but that%27s all you need because you can find numerous restaurants in every surrounding street. The hotel has WLAN connection in every room.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Todo parecía limpio. En mi hab. 603, en la pared, bajo la ventana, hay manchas de aspecto poco higiénico.
• Location: 10 Lo mejor, pese a que por la noche el barrio es algo inquietante aún...

• Staff: 2.5 Cuando el día de salida presentamos nuestras quejas, en vez de darnos explicaciones se mostraron dudosos de nuestra palabra o daban la callada por respuesta. Muy poco amables. emempáticos

• Room: 2.5 Todo el fin de semana sin calefacción, a base de mantas del siglo XIX en el hotel de diseño... Con Tv de pantalla plana pero con mando a distancia sin funcionar. Reclamamos 2 veces...
• Value for money: Not rated Hemos pagado 197,96 € por dos noches muertas de frío. ¡Y para colmo intentaron cobrarnos 4 desayunos que no habíamos consumido! Nos sentimos maltratadas.

• Negative: La actitud en recepción a la salida: no sólo no se disculparon ni explicaron por qué no habían atendido nuestras quejas, sino que intentaban ignorarnos. Nos sentimos maltratadas.

• Cleanliness: 5 En general, bastante limpio. Aconsejo limpiar unas manchas muy poco higiénicas en la pared bajo la ventana de la hab.603
• Location: 7.5 Lo mejor del hotel. Aunque creo que al barrio le faltan aún algunos años o una intervención urbanística para que luzca más limpio y seguro.

• Staff: 2.5 En recepción no mostraron empatía alguna con nuestros problemas (calefacción, mando a distancia) ni los solucionaron.
• Quietness: 2.5 En fin de semana y ya muy temprano se oían ruidos de motor y obras.
• Room: 2.5 Pasamos frío todo el fin de semana porque la calefacción no funcionaba (nadie se hizo cargo del problema). Ni nos cambiaron ni nos arreglaron el mando a distancia de la TV.
• Value for money: Not rated Pagamos 197,95€ por dos noches en hotel de "diseño" con mantas del s.XIX, con "pantalla plana" pero sin mando a distancia. ¡Y quisieron cobrar 4 desayunos no consumidos!

• Cleanliness: 10 It was really clean when I came in. And they cleaned my room on a daily basis..
• Location: 10 It%27s in the neighbourhood of the Ramblas, the subway.
• Common facilities and services: 10 They had free internet.. And that is very rare in hotels..
• Staff: 10 The staff was really nice and helpfull..
• Quietness: 10 My room was very quiet, but I wasn%27t located on the street side.
• Room: 10 Thank god, we had a room in a corner and those ones are allways big. And this was too.
• Value for money: 10 We got a big, beautiful room, for a good price.. Free internet, good location. So I%27m happy
