• Positive: Clean and comfortable with inclusive air-conditioning and personal safe. Great location - just next to Modern Art Museum (MACBA). Free use of internet.
• Negative: Not really a problem, but this hotel has no bar etc of its own.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Internet access in the lobby was an excellent bonus.
• Staff: 2.5 Not so friendly...
• Quietness: Not rated We had to change our room after one night cause it felt like sleeping in the street. Window closed or open - made no difference. The staff had hard time understanding that we couldn´t sleep in our room, even with ear pluggs in our ears.
• Room: 7.5 Our second room was quite nice, with a bathtub and much nicer bathroom than the first. In our first room the sink was outside the bathroom, which seemed quite strange, cause the bathroom itself was huge (deasigned for handicapped) and not so tidy, it looked like the renovation was still in progress.
• Value for money: 2.5 The first night in the hotel was awful and the staff´s lack of interest in our discomfort didn´t help at all.

• Quietness: Not rated It was the tecno festival very close from the hotel and we were not aware of it. Nobody at the hotel warned us when we booked our room. It was very very noisy.
