• Positive: Que al final todo se arregló bien pero la entrada no nos gusto nada.

• Room: 2.5 estaba bien, pero olia a tabaco al entrar, faltaba un albornoz, las vistas al mar que prometian estaban partidas por la mitad por un edificio delante, estuvimos a punto de coger un benjamin de la nevera porque habiamos pactado una botella de champan que no estaba en la habitación cuando llegamos, la encontramos a la vuelta de la cena.

• Positive: Really excellent location for the conference centre (right across the street). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was upgraded to one with a jacuzzi which was great. Nice bar/terrace outside. Located 2 minutes from the Forum (L4 line) metro station so you can connect to the airport trains relatively easily. An excellent business/conference hotel.
• Negative: For a conference located in the Barcelona Conference Centre (CCIB) it is great, but for having easy access to nightlife and shopping it is not good as the conference centre area is not central.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Peace seekers, Modern style lovers, Handicapped, Business travelers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers, Families, Couples, Luxury, Classic style lovers, Budget travelers, Healthy lifestyle
• Cleanliness: 10 Really good job with cleaning, toiletries and standards in the room.
• Location: 10 Great for the CCIB Conference Centre. Not good for nightlife or shopping.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Free wifi internet and the room also had it's own computer.
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 10 Perfectly quiet for a conference venue.
• Room: 10 The room was large with a jacuzzi and a view to the Mediterranean.
• Value for money: 7.5 Was not cheap but the price was in a similar range to other comparable hotels in Barcelona.

• Positive: La habitacion estaba muy bien, el grado de limpieza tambien. El spa muy bien tambien, no es muy grande pero esta ok, la recepcionista de el Spa 10 ptos! El recepcionista de la mañana fue muy bueno, muy servicial y resolutiva lo q se espera de un hotel de esas caracteristicas. Tiene una buena zona para trabajar en la primera planta de el lobby.
• Negative: El desayuno estaba muy pobre de 2 estrellas como mucho y muy mal combinado, mucha bolleria dulce,muchas versiones de huevos, pocos tipos de pan, baja calidad de embutidos,sin zumos naturales , algunos platos q deberian estar calientes estaban frios Calientes estaban frios, etc muy mal El trato del recepcionista de la tarde-noche a la llegada fue bastante justo, nada de informacion y se olvido de gestionar ciertos aspectos correspondientes a la promocion selleccionada, desinteresado y nada servicial.
