• Positive: The spa (wonderful pool), the executive lounge at 15th floor, the breakfast was great, comfortable beds (very important!). Very nice and clean room and public areas.
• Negative: The personell at the front desk was often stressed and it often qued up with guests. Snacks ended up quickly at the executive lounge, it often looked quite messy around the food/beverage area. Personell need to check the lounge more frequently to clean up an fill up.
