• Positive: Location near the convention center.
• Negative: Service was terrible: un-attentive, unresponsive, slow and indifferent. Very overpriced on an absolute and relative basis.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Your room does get cleaned... just not before 4 or 5 pm.

• Room: 5 The "junior suite" is simply a room... with a jacuzzi in the middle.

• Positive: The swimming pool on the roof, great gym. Overall good hotel with good music in the background. Service at the reception was so so, Alex was very helpful, but the other guy Gonzales was not so friendly.
• Negative: Lack of kettle. Microwave could do the job, but it was incovenient. 2 mugs provided in triple room with 2 plastic (!) spoons. No tea sachets, only 1 normal cofee and couple of decaffeinated ones - only provided on the first night - no re-fill during the rest of stay (and we stayed 7 nights!)
