• Positive: La tranquilidad del hotel y el tipo de turista que acude, muy respetuoso. El hotel no dispone del clásico todo incluido con la "pulserita " de turno, y eso se nota.

• Cleanliness: 10 Habitación y baño, comedor e instalaciones comunes muy limpias. Por poner un 'pero', dar un repaso en algún punto de la piscina
• Location: 7.5 La ubicación respecto al pueblo Port de Soller muy buena, acceso directo mediante escaleras. Respecto a la isla, bueno para visitar la zona norte de la Serra de la tramontana. Lo único negativo, para salir de las montañas tienes dos alternativas o por el puerto de montaña que lleva 20 minutos aprox. o por el túnel que cuesta 5 euros, en cualquier caso la ubicación forma parte del encanto.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Piscina de tamaño muy apropiado, con jacuzzi incorporado. Sauna privada. Comedor con terraza exterior con vistas al puerto espectacular, y zona de chill out. Tres dias por semana clases de tai-chi y gimnasia opcionales con monitora.
• Staff: 10 Durante nuestra estancia siempre nos atendió en recepción Inés, una chica encantadora, muy amable y muy competente y profesional que hizo que nuestra estancia allí fuera excelente.
• Quietness: 10 Zona muy tranquila, sin ruido.
• Room: 10 Habitación espaciosa, con neverita, mesa, reposa maletas. Baño muy bien acondicionado, con plato de ducha grande y doble alcachofa, y amenities. Poco espacio para el wc. Terraza espaciosa con mobiliario y tendedero, genial para tender las toallas de la playa y bañadores
• Value for money: 10 Satisfechos, superó nuestras expectativas
