• Common facilities and services: 10 Spa and pool are great and the roof top restaurant has great views
• Staff: 10 Everyone was friendly
• Quietness: 5 You can't hear much from people in other rooms but our room was right next to the hallway and lifts and you can hear people in the bar upstairs. There needs to be a door between the corridor for the rooms and the lift/stairwell to reduce the noise and reminders to be quiet at night
• Room: 7.5 A little small for the money but it was clean and well maintained and had a good view from the balcony
• Value for money: 5 Quite expensive for the room size but the hotel is nice and the breakfast had lots of options
