• Cleanliness: 10 Everything in the hotel was clean and fresh and kept to an immaculate standard
• Location: 7.5 The hotel is in a great location. there are a lot of steps up from the port but if one is fit, no problem. We cheated and had a car!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The pool overlooks the bay which is beautiful. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from, something to suit everyone's tastes. There were three entertainment evenings. Our personal favourite was the guitarist.
• Staff: 10 The staff were friendly and helpful also the maid service was very good.
• Quietness: 10 A very quiet hotel, in a good way!
• Room: 7.5 The room was not large but certainly adequate. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, both the room and bathroom were lovely.
• Value for money: 10 Porto Soller is a 3 star hotel and offers very good value for it's category. I have stayed at many higher rated hotels that were not as good.
