• Cleanliness: 2.5 Bathroom tubs contained black mold. Bathrooms in general are old. Towels/linens were worn and old. Towels were actually rough not soft.

• Positive: The authentic feel to the hotel. Very good comunication skills of concierge and the attentiveness of the staff in the breakfast room, they were exceptional.

• Staff: 10 higher ranked staff ie managers did make us feel a little uncomfortable. No attempt at a greeting felt as though they were judging us.

• Staff: 5 when asked about 25 euro charge for a cup of tea, i was told my wife sat down so she would be charged for a continental breakfast!!!
• Quietness: 5 room at rear, no view but no noise
• Room: 5 the rooms, (junior suite) was adequate but not luxurious as described, decor and carpets need updating.
• Value for money: 2.5 definitely no bargain, clean bed reasonably good breakfast.i prefer the exceptional than the average regardless of cost
