• Negative: Lack of care/attention/information to warn us that the restaurant Caelis was closed over our entire stay. We like to dine at fine restaurants wherever we visit around the world.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Very poor to close Caelis restaurant over the whole of Easter. We had booked so well in advance and the main reason for this choice of hotel was to dine at the Caelis restaurant which was closed the entire time we were there.They should have had the courtesy to warn us in advance .This was entirely poor form.

• Quietness: 5 We were kept awake by a family with a baby in the next room to us which was an adjoining room with a locked door between both rooms..this was poor form as we stayed there 5 nights.
• Room: 7.5 Lovely large room but shame about the shower over the bath with poor screening which is so inadequate as it always causes so much leaks over onto the floors.
• Value for money: 2.5 No as the Caelis restaurant was closed entire time of our holiday. We were not warned in advance nor did the hotel make any efforts to amend this.
