• Negative: The Palace is not a five star luxury hotel and therefore, we cancelled our reservation for the night of the 11th October. The staff were arrogant and in some cases unhelpful.

• Room: 5 We were told we were upgraded to a special room. The room funishings were worn & tired, The bed was the worst bed we%27ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel was pretty, but room accomodations way below expectations. Would not come back.
