  • Staff: 10 The staff was great and really made our stay at the hotel and madrid wonderful. Enrique and Pablo were awesome and so helpful with all our needs. We could of not asked for a better, they were both very courteous and made sure we were always taken care of.
  • Quietness: 5 some guests that were staying at the hotel were very rude and loud. this really is not the fault of the hotel.
